1. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide!

 

2. How much is shipping?

We provide flat rate shipping for different locations! Shipping within Canada is $9; shipping to the United States is $11; and shipping International is $20.

 

3. How long does shipping take?

Once you have received your tracking number through email, shipping may take up to 10 business days. For shipping to the United States and internationally, shipping may take up to 15 business days. If you have specific questions please feel free to contact us at info@staysoftofficial.com.

 

4. I have my confirmation number but no confirmation email, should I be worried?

Items can take up to 5 days to be processed and shipped. As soon as your item has been shipped you will be sent an email!

 

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If you are not satisfied with your order, excepting underwear, we accept unworn merchandise within 10 days of receiving your product. If you have any specific questions please feel free to visit our return policy page or email us at info@staysoftofficial.com.

 

6. How will I know if a sale is happening?

7. Are there sales taxes on your products?

In accordance with federal and provincial laws, specific tax percentages must be applied:

  • Alberta, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon : 5% sales tax
  • Nova Scotia, New-Brunswick, Newfoundland, Labrador and Prince Edward Island: 15% sales tax
  • British Columbia: 12% sales tax
  • Manitoba and Ontario: 13% sales tax
  • Québec: 14.975% sales tax
  • Saskatchewan: 11% sales tax

 

8. I can't find something on your site anymore, where did it go?

We may have taken the item off our site if it sold out and will not be restocked.

 

9. Do you accept Gift Cards?

Yes we do! Simply enter your gift card code at check out to apply it.

 

10. I am purchasing something as a gift, and want to ship it to the person I am gifting it to. How do I do so and make sure no price tags will be on the garments?

When you are checking out, select different shipping address than billing address to enter the right address the gift will be shipped to. In the Special Instructions box at shipping, write that the order is a gift and we will make sure no price tags will be on the garments! Feel free to add a special message as well for the person who will receive their gift!

 

11. Why does the colour look a little different?

Unfortunately every screen varies in how they display colours, even when calibrated. We cannot guarantee your screen displays the accurate colours of the product shown.

 

12. How do I know what size will fit me?

We made a Size Chart just for you! Consult it to see what is the most appropriate fit for your body. Each piece should feel form-fitting without being uncomfortable!
